I am very fortunate to have been born in New Zealand, one of the most beautiful countries in the world.

My background includes teaching, working with youth, recruitment and Career Consultancy.  Alongside these careers I have had an ongoing fascination and interest with alternative therapies and have studied massage, holistic pulsing, reiki, and Bach flowers.

While working as a Career Consultant, I found that many of the barriers clients were encountering were in fact self imposed.  This led me to look for more effective ways of helping them move through these limiting beliefs towards achieving their full potential.

When I discovered PSYCH-K® I became very excited as I realised that these simple yet extremely effective subconscious change processes quickly brought about the changes that people were seeking.  Not only has this helped my clients but has had quite a profound effect in my personal life, helping me to move through areas in my own life where I was repeating self defeating patterns and behaviours. I have come to realise that when we change, everything around us changes like a ripple effect so everyone around us also benefits from our growth.

The natural progression has been to now teach these amazing processes to others and I am very excited to be able to help people gain these skills to empower not only themselves but also the lives of the people around them. My PSYCH-K Instructor training in America counts as one of the highlights of my life and I am very happy to now be able to offer PSYCH-K  to others throughout New Zealand and Australia.  
 
It has been an exciting journey and one that I am happy to share with others.
