What will you learn in a PSYCH-K® Basic Workshop?
- In this 2 day interactive workshop, you'll learn simple yet effective methods for changing self-limiting beliefs to self-enhancing beliefs.
- You’ll learn how to use muscle testing (kinesiology) to communicate with your subconscious mind to uncover beliefs that may be self-limiting.
- You'll learn the 2 main PSYCH-K® balances used to help change self limiting beliefs to self empowering beliefs by communicating with the subconscious mind. These processes go beyond the power of intention, affirmations, positive thinking and willpower for lasting change.
- You'll discover key characteristics of the left and right hemispheres of your cerebral cortex (and why these matter), the different processing methods of your conscious and subconscious minds.
- You'll take away a folder of materials, including instructions for making personal change that will be useful for the rest of your life.
- You can use this method for your own personal growth, or use it in your professional practice, or both. PSYCH-K can be used in addition to other modalities that you've already mastered.
