PSYCH-K is a self-empowering process that transforms limiting subconscious beliefs into life supporting and success promoting beliefs.
In the following videos, Rob Williams explains what PSYCH-K® is and how it works. In the first video, Rob introduces PSYCH-K® and at the end talks about how PSYCH-K® can be used in schools.
In this second video, Rob gives a shorter, more general introduction discussing how you can use PSYCH-K to help you change your life.
"Beliefs are perceptions of reality created by conclusions, derived from information or experience. Beliefs can be both conscious and/or subconscious."
- Robert M. Williams, M.A. Originator of PSYCH-K
PSYCH-K® is a belief change technique to help challenging areas in your life that may include relationships, career, business, prosperity, self-esteem, spirituality, personal power, health & body, grief & loss, effective communication, habit control, etc.
PSYCH-K is based on the foundation that subconscious beliefs determine our attitudes and experiences. These beliefs determine how we are in relationships, how we react to situations and they also affect our mental and physical health.
By changing beliefs at the subconscious level, we are able to transform undesirable experiences into joyful ones. Subconscious beliefs are changed with protocols called “balances.” These are techniques that are designed to create a balanced identification with both hemispheres of the brain called a “whole-brain” state. This state is ideal for reducing or eliminating resistance
at the subconscious level allowing earlier programming to be overwritten by consciously chosen beliefs. PSYCH-K provides the means to achieve a high level of collaboration within the brain to make all resources available for any given situation, in turn, expanding options available with which to respond in any situation.
